Every dedication helps build a new brain injury resource centre.
To make a dedication on the Headway Webwall, just fill in the form below as follows:
- Decide who the dedication is to. It may be an individual or organization. You can include their email address in which case an email will be sent to them with a link to the dedication on the webwall. If they do not have an email address then you will receive the dedication message at your email address.
- Decide how much you would like to contribute to the Headway appeal. The minimum amount is £25 but you may also donate more if you wish to. Chose one of the other amounts on the drop down menu or choose 'other' and enter an amount in a whole number of pounds.
- Write a special dedication message. This will be displayed when someone clicks on the webbrick. When typing your message please remember:
- This is a lifetime message, so think carefully about what you are about to type
- Other people will be able to read this message. Think of the effect it my have on all concerned.
- Once you have posted the message, it cannot be removed or altered in any way.
- Use a spell checker before posting the message, mistakes are easy to make.
- Add a photo. If you would like to add a photograph, then select one from your computer using the "Browse" button. Photos must be less than 500 Kbytes and will be automatically reduced to 250 pixels wide.
- Submit the form. Once you have completed the form, press 'Submit' to add your message. You will then be asked to confirm that what you have entered is correct and to accept the terms and conditions displayed.
- Provide Payment Details. You will then be taken to our secure ecommerce area to provide your payment details. You can use either a credit card or a Paypal account. Once finished you will be returned to the Headway webwall where you can view your webbrick.
